About Me
I'm a former US Marine turned drilling engineer who has spent the last 20 years dragging my family around the world. We've been to 44 or 45 different countries and sampled the food there as well as from dozens of other countries we've yet to make it to. There is something good from everywhere (although pickings are slim in some of the W.African countries).
I've gotten more comments on my Komodo Kamado and the food I make in it than those new to them can begin to imagine. But don't worry, after you've had yours for awhile you'll be receiving those same type of comments and "when can we come over to your house for dinner again" queries.
