I wouldn't use the Kingsford again. There are much better alternatives and it sparks like crazy. Make sure to wear your shoes if you use Kingsford.

Tandoori chicken So how hot and how long to cook? I've made it before on a regular smoker but never got it >400 degrees so wondering what you guys are doing on this. Thanks Billy

Welcome, You made the right decision and went with the best product. Even if you ordered it from the other company, you would be lucky to see it by Christmas and it probably would be the wrong color, size and not work. I started there but got so frustrated and I finally found KK by mistake which proved to be a huge winner and got the grill in no time. Enjoy the ceramic.... It is great. You have the best show on tv. CSI Miami is one awesome show.

Turkey Breast It weighs about 8 lbs. so I may have a hard time frying her since I don't have all the apparatus. Thanks

I got my beautiful gray with dark grout KK a couple weeks ago and fired it up with a delicious tri-tip. The temp. stayed exactly where I wanted it to and the taste was sensational. I can't say enough how easy the process was ordering and getting the KK from some guy in Indonesia named Dennis (at least we think he exists) and it arrived as promised on time without any problems whatsoever. The biggest issue was figuring out which color to order, and the gray actually looked better in person then the pics. At some point, I will post a picture of it. Now I need a good recipe for cooking a turkey. If anyone thinks about buying another brand other then KK don't even go there. Enjoy

My wife said I received a huge crate with my new supreme gray OTB packed inside. She said good luck moving to the back yard. Well I'm excited to get going but wish I had it moved already! Is it easier to have 4 guys pick it up crated or to move it uncrated? I want to get this puppy smoking as soon as possible. Thanks guys/gals for all your help so far on the Forum. Billy

Hello to all.... I am a new forum member and about to pull the trigger on the big OTB. I started the initial ordeal by a supplier in Mexico and when I did receive an e-mail (which rarely happened) and some promises, nothing happened. I then learned of KK and was amazed that Dennis gets right back to you almost immediately and answers every question thoroughly. What a pleasure so far. As to the Mexi-K, I believe they are slowly but surely losing their business due to no return phone calls, no follow-up and although I could not believe it, I witnessed it and now I am ready to place my order.....
