Hand Hammered Copper Cooker..

This project actually started about one full year ago.. There have been sooo many dissapointments and outright failures. But we finally tracked down an old world master metalworker and this is the result of his first attempt. He wants to use thicker metal next time.. He can have what ever he wants...

This will never be done in large numbers but I'm dreaming of this sitting in a in a nice teak workstation as the ultimate Komodo..

What ya think? Saweet huh?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I saw Sam's name on that one somewhere. :cry:

And to think, there was a day when I thought tiled cookers was about as cool as it gets. They are so passe after that dude, I'm almost ashamed to take pics of mine anymore :oops:

Guess I'll try to zoom to the food from now on...oh the shame of it all :cry:
