  1. I hope you are going to teach us a lesson on how to use that new tool.
  2. I usually have to put a rolled up ball of aluminum foil or two to keep it stable when I'm using it above the main grill.
  3. I use my 16 inch a lot because it is so easy for me in the winter to roll it right in front of the sliding glass door. I can tend it without putting on a jacket or even stepping outside. Love it.
  4. It should be easy to turn that top rack into one that is adjustable up and down. If one was really clever perhaps it could be made to turn the whole thing upside down and have that smaller rack on the botton.
  5. It was a mild day here and I took advantage to put some ribs on the KK. Fresh pasta, 10mm in width. Pork ribs are done. Plated.
  6. What fun you are having with that gorgeous cooker. Love the colour. Fantastic looking cooks too. Your post is making me want to fire up my KK too.
  7. Looks sooooo delicious. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
  8. Happy New Year to All. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ธ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜ผ๐ŸŒฎ
  9. I am glad you are back to 100% and sorry to hear it took so long for the recovery.
  10. WOW, what goodness awaits, my mouth is salivating just looking at pixs of the marinades and the tacos. Is everyone in your neighbourhood calling emergency services to report difficulty in breathing?
  11. Bread and roast look delicious.
  12. Wow, roasting chicken with sound. Mouth watering.
  13. Just before Xmas I decided better to cure a pork belly before the temperatures turn really cold after Xmas. Cured 11.7pounds of belly and here it is just after smoking on the KK. Thanks goodness the KK holds nice and steady and I didn't have to go out and check on the Temperature. It is all nicely sliced, packaged, vacuum sealed and in the freezer now except for the one package I gave to friends for their Xmas morning breakfast.
  14. I've found myself in that same situation with new people.
  15. That was a hilarious comment, so perfect as was the cook.
  16. Merry Xmas to you too. Thanks for giving me a view of what I can expect in 5-6 months. Sunshine and warm temp.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
  17. If I was doing it I'd do a dry run of this setup that you mentioned, just to make sure it would work - "fill the basket full and put foil on the lower grate (if it would fit) to create a half indirect zone."
  18. "I can move this sled fully loaded with my big toe. Wheel size and construction matters." A quote to remember.
  19. C6Bill, congratulations on your 30 years, that is an amazing accomplishment. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I'm sorry the celebration was marred by the loss of your one of your dogs.
