    Sauce Test

Awesome job mate, i gotta give those a try sometime. Bring on the tuna steaks!
  2. I am guessing you guys are using a house hold vac, however what we use over here in AU is called a wet and dry vac. These things are bullet proof and are used to clean up build supply mess. Brick dust is very similar to ash, but 100x stickier to parts like the hose and inner motor and these things take care ot eh brick dust with ease. So if you are having issues with the standard store bought cleaner, best to go to your local hardware store to get one of these. They are super cheap (under $100) and if they break just throw them out and get a new one. I dont believe you will have any issues with cleaning out the filter and things like that. Just a thought.
  3. cheers thanks MacKenzie, can you send me the link on that website for the one that Dennis suggested to purchase? There is quite a few on them on the list. I'm thinking it will be one on this page: http://www.onegrill.com/Electric_Grill_Rotisserie_Motors_s/208.htm
  4. Hi All, First off thank you all very much for the comments. I was in 2 minds whether to get the rotisserie for my 32" on order, however i am glad i posted here. I will be adding it to the list of accessories to order. Im cool with soaking it in soapy water over night, that seems to be an easy to clean the accessory. I have read there is a new and an old model, how do i tell the difference? Also, does the motor come with the accessory, or do i have to supply this?
  5. Hi All, I am in the process of purchasing the 32" Komodo from Dennis. Just going through the accessories and i wondered how many of you purchased the rotisserie add-on? I have a separate purpose built spit for cooking big cook ups, however from time to time putting just a small chicken or leg of pork/lamb is a very time consuming job, along with a big clean up. So i am wondering if the rotisserie add-on for the 32" will be a worthwhile purchase. 1. For the people who have them, do you use them much or do you find a purpose built spit would be a better solution? 2. Does using the rotisserie in your Komodo make a huge mess? or dont worry about it as the next cook in it will burn it all off? I am thinking that the Komodo will be perfect for the small spit roasts where i dont need to drag the big spit out. Anyways, just looking for a few opinions on the rotisserie accessory. thank you in advance.
  6. Awesome job mate, you have pretty much made up my mind to purchase the rotisserie with my new 32" kokmodo purchase by seeing that in action.
