Thanks, I'm a really good cook in the kitchen I've been told but I've really never branched out to charcoal cooking. I always thought it was just to messy and I was proven right it is but well worth it

Should be tasty. I hope you have some help eating all that pork.
I cook and bake all the time my wife works for the police department and I end up sending 80% of everything I make into work with her for them all to eat. I've had quite a few proposals to date. I just can't bring myself to cook small amounts and they all love my food. Lol

351 Cleveland engine? Great engines! and I really wanted to put one in my Triumph just couldn't afford it.
Yes they had 351 Windsor small block and 351 Cleveland that was a Big Block motor. Mine was pushing 375 H.P. But to be honest the 2004 GT with a mild built 4.6 V8 was so much faster and more fun to drive.

I use a cyberQ as a thermometer..
Love to monitor my cooks from my iPhone but don't use the fan.
The probes are commercial/industrial quality and last.. the mavericks and simular $40-$60 units have little weenie armored cables that just don't last if you cook all the time.No little weenie's for me... I want the BIG kielbasa... something that will last awhile. Lol I too would like to use it for temps as I am home pretty much 24/7 so no need for wifi really so I'm thinking the DigiQ would do the trick for what I'm needing.

Just wondering what all comes with the 19" tall ?

Hi guys I'm Erik from Hot Sunny Arizona. I just ordered a Kamado Joe last week and it was supposed to be delivered today but last night I found the Komodo Kamado and totally fell in love with them so I canceled the order. Wow what a piece of art just blew me away. I am a foodie snob and love cooking and it's time to move from my gas grill to a Kamado and really get some great food grilling. I am debating between the 19" tall and the 22" supreme as we are a family of 3 and are from Michigan with no family or friends to entertain. Any suggestions and photos would be greatly appreciated as I'm ready to order NOW. I can't wait To have one of these masterpieces on our patio ASAP.
