Wow, definitely going to have to try this!

Stromboli is great .I stuffed this one up tried a new recipe ended up like a loaf of bread . That is going to be some tasty bacon. It is on my short list to do another slab soon.

Just finished slicing, vacuum sealing and putting the bacon into the freezer. Did a small taste test and maybe I should rethink about giving any of this batch away, just kidding. The carpenter is coming this evening to fetch his bacon. 

I just heated up a very small piece and it was pretty darn good. I'll take a pix the next time I cook some up. :)

Looking good @MacKenzie.  I have been meaning to post the recipe but am onto my third go at trying it out different variations.  Just picked some peppers today and will see how this try goes before posting.
