There have been a few, but just did Chris Lilly's split herbed chicken from his Fire and Smoke book. Absolutely the most flavorful and juicy chicken I have ever done. Sorry no pic.  After 20 years on a BGE this thing is an absolute dream

Lexington style vinegar based red

Moved and left behind a large BGE and now awaiting  the Monday arrival of a metallic bronze 21. Can hardly wait to get it here. Initially wanted the 23 but due space constraints went with the 21. After 20 years of cooking on an 18" BGE, am sure I will be happy
