Thanks for the replies. I used a sawzall and cut the board off. I only had one helper. It rolled off with ease after that. 

Any recommendations for removing this support from under the center of the grill before pulling down the ramp? I uncrated a 21" KK and this support was preventing the grill from rolling off easily. This grill weighs so much more so looking for an easier process.
