Finally got around to the first cook, KK arrived just before we departed on a planned vacation, so yesterday we moved to the deck and had the first cook. BRATWURST and Italian Sausage, used the recipe at this link for the Brats http://www.amazingribs.com/recipes/hot_ ... t_tub.html

Placed an order for a GEN 2.4 Ultimate 23" OTB Harvest Gold Pebble and sent money to Dennis today. ETA Long Beach Aug 10th. Can't hardly wait, drooling... Going in search of some lump this weekend.
