  3. Was cooking a Turkey at 300F and the thigh reached 170, then I dropped the BBQ temp to 125 (to buy myself sometime) and came back 20 minutes later and the thigh was as 168F. Should I believe the initial 170F reading or sit down and wait another 30 min until it reaches 170 again?
  4. Are there any good reasons why you should cook a turkey at below 325-350F or is 325-350F just the way to go at all times with Turkey? If I go longer at 200F will I have a juicy bird with the rotisserie?
