I went to try and do a pizza hoping to get the rewmp around 600 , yet couldnt get above 450. I spoke to Dennis and he thought I may have restricted the airflow by dumping in bag of lump. I tried it a 2nd time.... Put in select larger pieces(Jealous Devil brand) and still can't get above 450.
