Untuk mengaktifkan kembali m-banking BTN yang terblokir, Anda bisa menghubungi BTN Call Center melalui WhatsApp di +62877 7772 0286. Anda juga dapat mencoba mengaktifkan ulang melalui aplikasi dengan memilih opsi "Aktivasi Ulang" atau "Lupa Username/Password" di halaman login jika pemblokiran tidak terlalu serius, tetapi disarankan untuk menghubungi customer service terlebih dahulu untuk penanganan lebih lanjut.
