The Sauce chapter is a little repetitious but the "Pizza Dough info" makes this DVD a Komodo Kamado must have. She just needs a chapter on plus 700F pizza and she will have the "Pizza Grill Bible"

Have talked with "Bev" she is a really nice lady. Bev wants a KK for 7-800 degree pizza cooks but is waiting to move to Colorado. If she doesn't move soon we will have done her research for her.
