We had some challenges getting it shipped, however, Dennis was VERY accomodating and attentitive to my requests and desire to have a ceramic grill. He kept up with my requirements daily, on weekends, and even while he was on vacation. So far it has been a great learing and pleasurable experience (purchasing something on-line from outside the country). Thanks Dennis!!
