Hey Dave, thanks for the note. We are just in the processing of moving to Katy from Malaysia actually. Our sea container (including the KK) are currently sitting on the dock in Oakland due to a union strike so it'll be some time still till we have everything set up. When your ready to make an order let em know. I think for now, ill likely just order a handfull of boxes to get started. Recommendations on local butcher shops for quality meats? Cheers Jeff
