What would be the price if we got a 1000lb order? I'll put in a request for a 600 vs 1000 lb. How about picking up the shipment in NY and saving on additional shipping charges? Picking it up in NYC is fine. I live in Fairfield about 40 mins out of the city.

"I had ordered 600lbs (the first price break level) which came out to be 28 boxes, next time around I'll probably go for the second shipping price break at 1000lbs or ~45 boxes to see what the shipping ends up being. My problem was that they ship to NYC and then need to subcontract out to a local shipper to get it to New England - I don't know if CT would have the same problem." You wanted 20 boxes to 28 boxes. I think we can get an order together. Thanks

We have been looking for a cooker for years. A friend purchased the BGE and loves the way it cooks. My wife didn't like the way it looked. So we waited to purchase. She looked around the net and found this product and we read the forum and liked what we read. We put our order in and it is sched for delivery tomorrow. Now to find a few friends to help us move it into the back yard and we will fire it up. Brisket is first on the list so stay tuned.
