Thanks mguerra - i've just spent the last few hours researching ceramic cookers/bbq clearly the way forward for me - just wanted to see one in the flesh as it were, anyway i'll do as you say & read up as much as i can.

Hi Everyone - i'm absolutely obsessed with bbq cooking on charcoal & whilst looking for new recipes i just happened on a blog about Komodos - i was instantly taken with the shape & the many ways of cooking on them especially pizza. I was wondering if there is anyone in the UK local to me (south east coast) who has one i could look at & see working?
