  1. This is an old thread but I am new to my KK32 and still trying to learn the ropes. I found this really helpful. My takeaway from Eddie’s hard work is that, if I am in low and slow territory, then a one hole adjustment either way on the right side is worth about 25 degrees. I don’t aim to hold temperatures closer than +/-20 degrees so this should make it really easy to nail my desired temperature range. Thanks!
  2. I was too impatient for many uncrating photos but here is one and one in the final position (though a teak cabinet is in transit to join the KK). (I also have to learn how to rotate pictures on this forum apparently! I was right side up in my local app)
  3. We had a slightly challenging exit from the truck but it is in and safely unpacked. This is my first day as a KK owner and I've already got help from this forum! I'm looking forward to getting recipes next. IMG_1709.MOV IMG_1712.MOV
