About Me

I'm an egghead winemaker (not to be confused with a conehead winemaker), and this forum gets me egg-static every time I visit. :-)

Sold my last Kamado egg smoker for a Yoder pellet grill. I'm now looking to reenter the egg smoker world again by acquiring a KK to add to my everyday culinary experience and take things to the next level.
