  2. Re: Help in preperation Reading the description of the Part Q, it is a very simple set up that has a built in fan. So you don't want/ need a separate fan with it. It does not have the ability to monitor meat temperature, only the grill/ pit temp.   4. While I make plans and save my nickels, my thoughts turn to the many ways I'll use my KK. This makes me wonder what is the capacity? How many briskets or pork butts can I put on one? Ribs? Thanks for any feedback! Jeff
