  1. Re: Cook in progress VIDEO I'm doing 4 racks tomorrow, baby backs St Louis style. The Big Bob Gibson BBQ book says to cook 4.5 hours at 250. Will I get a more fall-off-the-bone finish if I go 6 hours? Roger
