BigT Posted July 8, 2008 Report Share Posted July 8, 2008 I was having trouble keeping temps at 225 for some ribs. Seemed to get to 300 even with BBQ Guru. After some frustration and Dennis bashing I checked the gas door (have a Gen II). Open just a touch - closed it things were perfect. Just a reminder.
