DachsieSlave Posted November 22, 2008 Report Posted November 22, 2008 Here's a frozen drink we really like around the holidays and family get togethers. 6 oz Pkg Jell-O (choose your favorite flavor, we use strawberry) 3 cups sugar 1/2 cup + 2 Tbs. Lemon juice 1 tall can pineapple juice 2 qts. hot water (I heat the water to boiling for quick dissolving) 2 qts. cold water 2 qts Ginger Ale Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in hot water. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice, and cold water. Freeze. When ready to serve (okay a little before) thaw to icy mixture and add Ginger Ale.
