I subscribe to International SOS Alerts and it seems like Dennis has been advertising in the Netherlands:

Over 200 people have been infected with Q fever in the Netherlands since January. Fifty percent of cases are in the southern province of North Brabant (also called Noord Brabant, see map).

Interesting. Once when I was very ill, the infectious dz doc (incidentally) discovered I had antibodies to Q fever. Apparently I had been exposed in the past but never became clinically ill. It's a rare occupational hazard for us vets.
