Find the picture i want, highlight it, then send it to "edit". When it is in edit, go to file at the top of the toolbar, on the drop down menu, click on "save as" , at the bottom below file name, get the drop down menu, click on bmp, that will make the file smaller. OH you have to go to the previous page to see the attachment pic i uploaded, its a hood ornament at a car show i went to. Hope that did not sound to complicated, its really not.
