We had friends and family over last night for the inaugural cook: 6 rib bone-in Wagyu prime rib roast, along with a roasted chicken. I was absolutely astonished how juicy and flavorful both were; everyone thinks I'm a chef-magician; one of the best outdoor grilling meals I've ever done. The KK is truly magical! Thanks again. Dana
