I had a significant problem requiring a serious fix and it is being taken care of no questions asked at no expense to me. Not only that but from time to time Dennis will send you add-ons and updates at no charge. So you send your money overseas to someone you have never met in person for a product you likely have never seen in person and I can assure you it will be one of the best purchases you have made. WELL worth the price.

The service is second to none the best I have ever experienced. A couple of months ago a parcel arrived, it was the firebox divider. I called Dennis and thanked him so much. I also asked him how much do I owe you ?? I am still waiting for an answer. I have never come across anyone so helpful like him before. Will I buy another cooker, you bet. Waiting for the portable!!!
