Curly
I'm having some navy beans and pork today at lunch...dang I can't wait. I just take a butt and cut it into about 8 pieces and cook it at about 325'ish for 3 or more hours. I don't mind it getting kinda crunchy cause it'll soften up nice after 12-24 hours in the water with the beans. It don't get much simpler than that, or much tastier . No, I don't put 8 lbs of pork in a pot of beans...maybe about 4 though Ummm-ummm
Farmer John
Man shred some of that pork up and make a big old pot of chili. BBQ beans are good with that pork too!
