Pork is done, 16 hours at 235. The fireboard did not like DST. It just stopped for a few hours. And the focaccia is done too (sun dried cherry tomatoes and parmesan)

Happy Halloween everyone, I have a cookout to go to tomorrow so I figured I should make some pork and a little focaccia. I got tired of making the same old sourdough loafs so I started in on this. The pork should be done in another 15 hours or so lol
