Good looking brisket.

We did one about two weeks ago. It was about the same size (sorry no pics ). We did the coffee/cardamom rub.  Had a Brazilian student over, with my daughter and her boy friend (they are carnivores), two other folks, plus my wife and I — there was nothing left.

Nice looking cook. I'll bet your guests were impressed with the meal.

ckreef, mmm, looking delicious. You now how some owners of other grills get together and organize cooking events. We should all try organizing a KK event...watcha y'all think?
