Hi Needs some help I cooked a leg f lamb last night it was 5.5 pounds Low and slow 225f and it took 10hrs to get to 195 f I let it rest for 1hr and it was dry Is this because of the type of meat ? Does it need to be cooked faster and hotter ? Pics of what the meat looked like

Giving the kk a work out Some pizza's aswell Temp was 500f and on the double stack grill but need to get base a bit more crispy any suggestions

that spot originally had a water feature but the kk is more important so it takes pride of place it also fits perfect, looks good against the merbau fencing

Hi Im new to the forum I have ordered a 23" olive gold pebble kk it arrives october 31 when it arrives i will post pics, can't wait We have a few kks in Australia and I've had the pleasure of seeing one in person Dave is a BBQ master and is going to help me with my first cook Ribs then Steak and Pizza my specialty is restoring old coke fridges Hope i can BBQ as good as my machines turn out I also make beer goes well with BBQing Cheers
