  1. So unfortunately I have a personal issue which will unable me to use the kk.  I will be letting it go. It’s under a year old. Like new. Comes with side tables, cold smoker,  rotisserie and cover. If you’re in Canada or willing to make the drive, I’m 20 min away from Barrie.

  2. Hey everyone so I have good and bad news.  The good news is I love the fridge, it works great.  The bad news is after 60 days and 3 different types of cuts my wife prefers the not aged meat.  I thought about replacing the wife but I’m on my second marriage already and I need to slow down so I’m gonna be selling the fridge :( I’m asking 4200 CAD since it’s equivalent to the price in USD but willing to entertain a reasonable offer. I have the xl package and all the extra accessories.

Cool.  It looks like you got the same one as me.  They are great.

I did have a problem with overheating a couple of summers ago because the room I had it in was not well ventilated.  You might want to check that you have enough air flow around it.  Not sure what they recommend about cladding and boxes but I have now moved mine to an open area and it hasn't had any problems since.

Yea I changed my setup to this…

  4.

I need more space as I have too many toys so I’m considering selling my 42 kk if I get what I want. It comes with side tables, cover, rotisserie, gas hook up, and a cold smoker. (All original standard accessories as well)

Located in Canada/Durham region. Just testing out the waters. If anyone is seriously interested message me. This is about a year old.

Email me if interested [email protected] or message me here.

Cool.  Which one did you get?  Remember your journey from a 21 KK to a 42 KK?  I would go large at the start if you can.

Or maybe not.  I have a small fridge size dry ager and sometimes I would like larger to hang bigger hunks of meat.  That said, it would be more useful to have two small fridge sized agers - one to set at temps for ageing meat and one to set at temp and humidity for curing sausages.  No biggie either way.  Just great to have an ager at home.  I  tend not to eat steak out anymore because I can get so much better quality at home and cook it just the way I want it on my KK.

I got the 500, I don’t need anything big but I can see how it would turn into the 42 situation real fast😂😂😂

  6. I had the dimensions written down but I tossed those notes once mine was delivered. I'll try to remember to measure tomorrow but if you call them, they can provide then in short order. I do have a few dimensions I found some dimensions in some of my pre-ordering emails.
Base: 57L x 23W x 18H (note that this does not include the portion of the grill that hangs over in the back sheet the brasserio sits)
Height from ground to top of wheels: 78"
Width from outside to outside of hand wheels: 63"

Sorry Jeff, do you know the measurement from front of the grill to the back?

  7. I finally managed to build a fire that's not way too big for what i was grilling - a dry aged ribeye and a couple of thick pork chops. The steak was for dinner and the chops for later in the week.
I'm really enjoying this grill; it's just a bit overkill for these small cooks.

  8. Whuuut? TWO 42's! That's just insane! You must have a restaurant or do seriously catering to need that much grill space? OR, you've hit the lottery and don't know what to do with all that extra cash! LOL!

Tony, some people have a Rolex collection, I get why and I have a similar ideal. Mine is the perfect grill and this is it. I like it so much I want it in a different colour. I also really support Dennis. The passion he has reflected in his kks and that is another reason I don’t mind my money on it.
