  1. I was just wondering does everyone cook with all their grills in or just the one's their going to use? It's so strange having the lower, main, and upper grills. For the last ten yrs, my old POSK only had one grill. If you don't cook with all the grills in the KK where do you store them or what do you do with them during your cook?

    For me, the funny thing is that I'm using my POSK to store whatever I'm not using during the cook such as the baking stone, deflector, drip pan, versa grill. :D

    Nice job on the ribs, how long and at what temp? They have a fabulous smoke ring on them.

    Thanks for the kind words! Temp was 250 for 4 hours. I see some of the guys are making fun of you about your platters from other posts. :-)

    Better the platters than the food.......... :D:D

    Per Dennis's post he says he hopes the KK's ship out by UPS ground via friday. So I'm hoping we get our KK's by early next week. I'm so ready!!

    I didn't make it over to eggs by the bay yet. I did make it to Lazzari's last week. Picked up 4 large bags of lump and a case of wood chunks.
