Turtle Posted May 28, 2007 Report Posted May 28, 2007 First time to try lamb on the KK. Marinated and stuffed with curry, cloves, rosemary, garlic etc. Cooked at 370 and pulled at 150.

I guess I'll have to try it again as "a grown up." Wasn't ever a "eating a furry lammy" thing, just I didn't like the taste.

Layed flat to put all the spices in it and rolled it back up for the marinade. I think the marinade idea turned out to be a waste of good orange juice. Lamb with lots of spices is like coffee. Almost everyone thinks it smells great, but far fewer actually like the way it tastes.
