More Aussie Meat (boneless leg of lamb)

Did you marinate it flat, then stuff it and tie? Or marinate it already rolled and tied?

Sure looks yummy!

I've never been a lamb fan. I guess I'll have to try it again as "a grown up." Wasn't ever a "eating a furry lammy" thing, just I didn't like the taste.

Layed flat to put all the spices in it and rolled it back up for the marinade. I think the marinade idea turned out to be a waste of good orange juice. :oops:

Lamb with lots of spices is like coffee. Almost everyone thinks it smells great, but far fewer actually like the way it tastes. :mrgreen:
