Peach and Olive wood...

Does anyone have experience with either type of wood? I am fortunate to have a wood dealer here in the NYC area that is including a sample with my delivery of Wicked Good Charcoal but I have no experience cooking with either. if you have any suggestions, I'm all ears.

I will second the peach recommendation. I have had dibs for a couple years on all the clippings from the peach tree in my next door neighbors yard.

Good thing the previous owner planted it too close to the house :D

Suh-weeeet! :thumbup: And a pupdog that helps with my pork butt bones!!

Aside from that, dogwood,hickory,red oak and maple are everywhere.

About the only smoke chunks I buy are pecan and mesquite.
