I've been cooking on a Viking ceramic C4 for about a year now. Not to bad of grill but the customer service is lousy to say the least. Which brings me here, I've read so much about the Komodo Kamado grill and how great customer service is, I think I have the bug for one! It seemed nice enough, but I needed something a little bigger. I went with the KK - on the service, performance, and size fronts and have no regrets.
