Tucker Posted November 13, 2009 Report Posted November 13, 2009 Turkey cook time We do a Turkey each Thanksgiving 25-30#. Typically at 300-350 we go for about 6hrs. Test it by temp probe in the space between the leg and the body. Or when the leg falls off
