T Rex Posted April 21, 2010 Report Posted April 21, 2010 I enjoyed the last Loaf Pan chicken so much I just had to try it another time to see if I was just "lucky" with the other one.... Man the KK works well, every time...... Ready for the KK Resting after 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350F dome Final product........ The skin was crispy on the top and mushy on the bottom....... however, we do not eat the skin (sorry FireMonkey) so the point was moot..... These are the juiciest chickens one could possibly cook!
