I know some will have a heart attack when I say this, but I have NOT cooked on mine yet!! Bet that is a record that won't be broken in this century. Been out of town a lot and am in Austin, TX now celebrating daughter and grandbaby's birthday. I did go to the new Barbequegalore store in Westlake and got a big bag of apple wood chunks and a can of Pam (high temp) grilling spray. Very nice store with great people.
