Firemonkey Posted June 30, 2010 Report Posted June 30, 2010 I think Dennis has some of the kk racks available. If not, you can use a regular v shaped roasting rack and flip it over. That what I use, it has 5-6 slots which has been plenty so far.

Just email Dennis and he will get you set up! You can smoke up to Eight racks of ribs at a time and it is built like you'd expect - KK quality through and through.
