tony b
Far and away, go with the Anova from the wife. Rest of your family can cover the others - if you've never used Dizzy Pig rubs (they are great!), I'd get the sampler pack.
tomahawk66
It has been 3 years since I made the initial post in this thread. What new gizmos, cookbooks, and KK related products that are not already mentioned should be included in our KK aresenals? Personally, I have found Fruita wood to be the best quality for smoking. It is not dried out, smells awesome, and is far superior than most of what you find in your local hardware stores / hyper-marts. http://www.fruitawoodchunks.com/ Some more of this will be on my list this year. I don't suppose they ship to Singapore? Regards, Oliver In Singapore. Soon to be the proud owner of a Cobalt Blue 32 😄

Had some issues with my first one and they replaced it for free (and shipped the new unit to Singapore too!) Regards, Oliver In Singapore. Cookie
I don't suppose they ship to Singapore? Regards, Oliver In Singapore. Soon to be the proud owner of a Cobalt Blue 32 They do not ship to Singapore, but I think a freight forwarder that I use would take delivery and then send it to you. Email me if you want the details. I use this place for consolidating / repacking retail purchases in the USA that are much cheaper vs. Singapore. Just did all my Christmas shopping online and used them to consolidate and ship. Rates are not too bad and they use DHL so stuff comes quickly and reliably. I should have given you a couple of chunks to try when you did your viewing, sorry, didn't think of it.
