mcsmoke Posted February 15, 2012 Report Posted February 15, 2012 Did a 15lb pork but at 200 for 20 hrs. Served it up at my Super Bowl Party and the gang enjoyed it. Used Dizzy Pig Dizzy Dust dry rub for the first time...... purchased at my local hardware store of all places. Will definitely do it again!
