I'm a bit behind with the Emails.. Not online around the clock like when I'm at home.. Kids are running me into the ground. Thanks for your understanding.. the new website will be up soon and will take care of all replacement parts and accessory purchases. PS ate some cow udder the other day.. not so far removed from cow tongue in color and texture.. A bit lighter in density.. Ate many pieces.. Pretty good!
