Hector Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 Just cooked a whole Chicken stuffed with lemon on top of roasted veggies in olive oil and Yardbird Rub. I'm still getting used to controlling the temperature but I'm slowly getting there. Hector
