Ham Sammies

Just finished an outstanding quick lunch.

Only change I made was useing Ralph for the cook.

I added the top rack over the cooking pork butt.

Added the Sammies with the Sammie lid to the side.

Removed when cheese was melted.

 

Good eats!! (You can see why I don'd have this recipe on file, soooooo easy)

Man, you make some killer stuff, but where are the pics???

I just don't do good pictures. (I do good cooking on Ralph. A lot more than I could ever eat)

There was a time when I donated to the phone request for police donatiobs.

Then I found out that only 10% gets to the suggested destination.

Now I do butts and other cooks every month and deliver direct to the local Sheriff Station.

Here Fridays are the heavy beefed up shifts. The gal at the desh gives me the head count.

Most of my recipes are not my creations but to me they are top 10% cooks.

Good stuff.  My father-in-law had a heart attack about 20 years ago.  Local fire & rescue saved his life.  From that day forward he has catered every Christmas dinner for the on duty paramedics, fire, and police officers working the holiday.  You guys are cut from the same mold...nice to see there are still a few good people left in this world - many own KKs.
