Avatar?

So how does one upload an avatar photo? And what are the size limits?

I haven't seen anything in the stickies, and I can't find anything in Profile or User Settings.

Apologies if I'm missing something that's obvious to the most oblivious observer but I just can't seem to figure this out.

In the upper left corner you should see your user name with a drop down menu. From the drop down select "profile."  From there you should see your avatar (or lack of) on the left. Inside that is a little button that looks like a mountain. Click that.
