We bake cookies on our stone in the oven. We typically put them on parchment paper and transfer the paper to the stone. BTW the cookies look great!

I thought about doing it the way you suggested but if it didn't work, I would have to do it all over again. I'll try that next time. I made 6 dozen cookies today and froze 2 dozen for the contest at work. The other 4 dozen are gone.
