New 23 Ultimate Komodo Kamado in Oz

Couldn't resist, so we cooked up the last pieces of the Wagyu. Awesome Sher Wagyu Eye Fillet, great marbling Cooked the steaks at 650F this time. Probable had a little too much flame lick. Next time I'll use the half basket, cook over direct hear for the sear marks, then I'll move to the indirect side. Again these steaks were fantastic, so much flavor and so moist. Full chicken is next on the agenda. Hector
